Hi! I'm Jess, thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I am the heart behind Blossoming Developmental Play & Learning.

I am an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and passionate advocate for children's development and wellbeing.

I've worked in the Early Childhood industry for over six years, supporting children and families in a variety of roles. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care, and throughout my career I've had the privilege of working with children 18 months-8 years, including those with additional needs.

My experience includes working as an Early Childhood Teacher, nanny, ESDM (Early Start Denver Model) therapy assistant, and NDIS Key Worker. These roles have given me a deep understanding of how to nurture each child's unique strengths, support their learning through play, and build warm, trusting relationships with families.

I truly believe that play is one of the most powerful tools for helping children grow emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Through my developmental play, school readiness sessions and parent relief sessions, my goal is to create a safe, engaging space in the child's home where every child can build confidence, develop new skills and feel celebrated for exactly who they are. I can't wait to be apart of you and your child's journey.

I hold a current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid/CPR certificates.

Blossoming Developmental Play and Learning provides 1:1 developmental play sessions, school readiness programs and parental relief sessions for children with Autism and other developmental needs. My mission is to help every child grow in confidence, skills and happiness.

Why developmental play?

Play is a child's natural language - it's how they explore, express themselves and make sense of the world around them. Developmental play focuses on meeting each child at their current stage, nurturing their strengths, and supporting their individual needs in a warm, engaging environment (their own home!). By providing opportunities for hands-on exploration and meaningful interactions that are 1:1, I help children develop the foundations they need for everyday life and future learning.
